Building our house
We needed a bigger house, badly. We thought it would be a good idea if we built ourselves. As it turned out, building wasn' such a good idea for us. You have to be flexible, which we aren't. We had an awful contractor and went WAY over budget because he didn't know what he was doing. It won't be something we should ever do again. Our next house will already be built, it will have been someone elses headache.
The lot. It unfortunately was next door to an ass. We hope he moves soon.
